CatchBox

We want to get people eating local seafood again.
We also think responsible fishermen should be paid a fair price for their catch.
We hope you do too.

How it works

Catchbox is a type of cooperative known as a "Community Supported Fishery". We connect you with small fishermen who use responsible methods, so that you can enjoy delicious, locally caught seafood with a clear conscience. We are a not-for-profit community co-op, run by volunteers.

You pay for a share of a fisherman's catch and over a 10 week period you'll get a regular supply of seafood, straight from him.

You choose whether you want whole fish or fillets, on a weekly or fortnightly basis, enough for two or family size.

You won't get to choose what fish you’ll be getting, it depends on what our fishermen catch that day. But that’s all part of the fun! We can guarantee that it will be fresh, local, responsibly sourced and utterly delicious.
