Taptile is a simple, clean and safe lighting solution, uniquely providing touch sensitive lighting control systems for your entire home including wet areas such as your bathroom, kitchen or even outdoors.

These favorite spaces have evolved rapidly in recent years and have been subject to technological advancements in keeping with the rest of our homes. Subsequently the need to simply and stylishly control lighting and other electrical appliances in these wet environments has become an ever increasing problem.

Waterproofing traditional switch technology is expensive and often results in controls which are far from aspirational, discordant with the environment they are designed to work in. Water and or steam tend to find its way into moving parts and often cause damage resulting in dangerous, unreliable and unsightly products...

ReAktivRaum - Felix Hild

For celebrating 6 years Loonyland Felix Hild created an interactive room design using multi-output living surface systems. The visual design of the room is directly and indirectly influenced by the visitor’s dance moves. The spatial interaction combined with the dynamics of the music creates a synesthetic overall impression and delivers a completely new experience for show events and for interior design in music clubs.

Party Wall - nARCHITECTS

This interactive installation at the SoHo gallery Artists Space, created a variable boundary in the gallery, dividing visitors into different sides of the room. Party Wall allowed "neighbors" to dynamically modulate the thermal, acoustic and spatial qualities of a simple screen made with 2" thick bands of foam. In this initial prototype, proximity sensors embedded in the foam detected the presence of "neighbors" and triggered tiny servo motors. The motors exeredt tension on synchromesh pulley cables attached to the foam layers, causing variable compression and expansion, and resulting in varying apertures and densities of foam. Beyond raising issues of property and ownership in the gallery context, future iterations of Party Wall could respond to light, heat or sound, and correspondingly modulate optical, thermal or acoustic attributes of a wall. TheGreenEyl - Rat Tales

RatTales is an installation with a large floor projection and camera tracking system, creating a space for interaction among people and a computer-generated swarm of rats. Every rat as well as each visitor has a tail made of letters displaying various quotes about rats. The rats will flee from visitors but attack them from behind. With his rat-tail the individual joins a race, he may perceive as a disgust and a threat.

TheGreenEyl - creeping Things

As people enter the first room of the exhibition Kosher & Co at the Jewish Museum Berlin they see themselves behind the surface of a mirror in a space, where they are surrounded by thousands of ants, bugs, flies and bees. In this space these creeping things react to people’s presence and when one leaves the space, they shape the words of Leviticus Chapter 11 Verse 43.
